ABS

ABS is an amorphous terpolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene.  Usual compositions are about half styrene with the balance divided between butadiene and acrylonitrile.  Stock shapes made from ABS resin are inexpensive and easy to fabricate

HIPS

#HIPS have physical properties that are not available with metals or most other plastics; high mechanical strength and rigidity, low coefficients of friction, low moisture absorption, excellent dimensional stability, fatigue endurance, and resistance to abrasion and creep. 

NYLON

NYLON’s toughness, low coefficient of friction and good abrasion resistance make it an ideal replacement for a wide variety of materials from metal to rubber. It weighs on 1/7 as much as bronze.

Nahata Platiskos achieve its goals to reduce environmental impact through our recycling process – seeking to manage waste more effectively and economically. Our recycling process is simple and customizable for time to time needs of our business – we manage all of our plastic scrap quickly and easily – to save ourself the effort and expense in managing our waste!

Nahata Plastikos handles transportation, disposal and recycling of its regulated waste to ensure its business responsibility of managing waste more effectively and economically.

Less than 20% of plastic waste can be recycled by simple remolding. However 80% of the plastic waste generated can be recycled only through Pyrolysis & Hydrolysis. Plastics recycling technologies have been divided into three general types primary, secondary tertiary and Quaternary.

Primary and secondary method of recycling are physical methods of plastic recycling, whereas tertiary method of recycling is chemical method of plastic recycling. Quaternary method of recycling is combustion of plastic waste which is not allowed in most of the developed and developing countries.
